We are approaching the end of the year.
A time when we are all supposed to gather with family and friends. A time to spread joy and happiness. A break from work for some and kids at home, taking time away from school.
Board games to be played with the family, Christmas stockings filled with gifts, Christmas trees lit up, cookies, carrots and milk left under the tree on Christmas Eve. Family movies and lots of food. Christmas is a time to relax and enjoy the last few weeks before the end of the year.
We have had an odd and strange year. Many changes have taken place within the world, changes no-one saw coming. It has been challenging for all of us, and confusing for children as they do not understand the change that has entered into our lives.
